It is important that the language assignments we carry out are consistently high quality. A poorly translated product sheet can cause a company major losses, and, in the worst case, poor interpretation can jeopardise the rule of law. This is why we take a proactive approach to quality.

Certified management systems

We project manage all assignments in line with tried and tested yet flexible working processes that are checked in internal and external audits, making sure you can be certain that we comply with ambitious quality requirements. The audits also equip us to constantly develop and improve our services.

ISO 9001:2015

Our management system is quality assured under ISO 9001:2015. This means extra reassurance, e.g. on the quality of the services we deliver and our selected suppliers.

ASR Q3000

Our training department is certified in line with the Swedish Association of Accredited Language Training Providers (ASR) quality document Q3000. This shows that we meet stringent requirements regarding teaching methods, staff, teachers, administration, marketing, product information, ethics and morals and environmental awareness.
