It is important that we maintain consistently high quality across our language projects. A poorly translated product sheet can cause a company considerable losses, and faulty interpreting can at worst jeopardize law and order.

We must understand and meet our customers’ wishes and needs. All our customers should be satisfied! We therefore offer a satisfaction guarantee, and undertake to:

  • deliver language services at the right time, in the right way and at the right place,
  • constantly and systematically develop and improve both ourselves and our services,
  • be committed, customer-oriented and professional when dealing with our customers, vendors and colleagues.

Certified management system

All our assignments are project-managed using highly developed yet flexible yet still flexible working processes. These are monitored with internal and external audits, so you can be confident that we meet stringent quality standards. The audits also give us tools that enable us to constantly develop and improve our services.

ISO 9001:2008

Our management system is quality-certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. This provides further reassurance regarding the quality of the services we deliver and our choice of suppliers, for example.

ASR Q3000

Our training department is certified in accordance with the Q3000 quality requirements of the Swedish Association of Accredited Language Training Providers (ASR). This confirms that we meet the most stringent requirements for teaching methods, personnel, teachers, administration, marketing, product information, ethics and morality and environmental awareness.
